SUMMARY
We are currently partnered with a Fortune 500 Company and one of the largest retailers looking for a Real Estate Counsel. Our client offers a wide range of products to its customers including household essentials, groceries, personal goods, electronics, major appliances, and more. This client brings in over $19 billion in revenue and serves over 7.5 million customers. As their business continues to rapidly expand, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced real estate counsel to help negotiate and close on new retail locations, distribution centers, and other company affiliated properties.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Draft and negotiate several commercial real estate documents including : lease agreements / amendments, Purchase / Sale agreements, construction agreements, REAs, subleases, SNDAs, and more
- Provide counsel to clients regarding construction issues, lease provisions, landlord / tenant issues, and other real estate matters
- Work with outside counsel on any potential real estate litigation needs
QUALIFICATIONS
This is a Hybrid, 3-day in-office, 2-day remote opportunity in the greater Boston area
