Transactional Attorney - Global Investment Bank

A leading Global Investment Bank is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join their NYC-based legal team. This Transactional Attorney will be responsible for the drafting and oversight of finance agreements, coordination of outside counsel and other day-to-day operations of a bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the Global Bank in a wide range of legal matters including bilateral loans in areas of real estate, fund finance, structured finance, project finance and CLOs.
• Review and negotiate commercial banking agreements including NDAs, third party vendor agreements, syndicated loan agreements, amendments, and assignment agreements.
• Review transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to BSA/AML compliance.
• Collaborate with other members of the Legal Department and coordinate with outside counsel on complex projects.

Required Skills:

• J.D., Bar membership in NY and 3 years of transactional banking experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executive presence and work collaboratively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands and projects simultaneously.
