This individual will provide legal advice in regard to the firm's public and private funds. You will have the ability to collaborate throughout the business with legal and regulatory professionals on all legal matters relating to registered products.

Responsibilities :
- Assist the Investment Management business on a diverse range of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, & private funds
- Draft, review, and negotiate investment advisory and service agreements
- Assist the business on new developing products
- Review and prepare offering materials and other fund documentation
- Advise the business on all regulatory developments
