Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for both performing cleaning tasks and leading the crew, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. We offer training for the right individual, presenting an excellent opportunity for career development in the cleaning and restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute professional cleaning services for carpets, tiles, upholstery, and various types of flooring, including tile, grout, and VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile).
- Assist in providing water restoration services when required.
- Conduct assessments of carpets and other surfaces at clients' homes and offices.
- Utilize various tools, techniques, and cleaning products for effective service delivery.
- Apply pre-cleaning treatments and specialized stain removers for challenging messes.
- Use drying machines to effectively dry carpets post-cleaning.
- Relocate and reset furniture as needed for thorough cleaning.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and supervise employees to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide post-cleaning care instructions.
Qualifications:
- Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of experience in floor care.
- Must have a clean driving record and be proficient in safely operating a company vehicle.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively manage time and supervise a team of employees.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and some nighttime hours as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Demonstrates a strong, reliable work ethic.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Maintains a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
