- Perform carpet cleaning services in residential and commercial settings
- Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to effectively remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpets
- Conduct pre-inspections of carpets to identify any areas that require special attention or treatment
- Move furniture and other objects as needed to ensure thorough cleaning of carpets
- Apply appropriate treatments to remove tough stains or odors
- Utilize proper techniques to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding the carpet cleaning process
Experience:
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different carpet types, fibers, and cleaning methods is a plus
- Familiarity with buffing, floor care, and other custodial duties is beneficial
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
