Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician and/or Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests professionally.
Skills

- Good time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
