Early Childhood Instructional Coach

Minimum Qualifications
1. Valid New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) Teaching Level II license with Master’s Degree; or National Board Certification; or Level III
2. Five years of demonstrated knowledge, skills and teaching success
3. Knowledge of early childhood education, developmentally appropriate practice, early childhood special education, and the IDEA 619 Part B federal regulations h
4. Evidence of instructional leadership and coaching (e.g., team leader, department chair, lead teacher, etc.)
5. Experience working in Early Childhood programs
6. Evidence of technology integration to assist in differentiating learning experiences for students
7. Strong evidence of ability to work effectively with other educators and lead/facilitate teacher and student groups that result in positive student outcomes
8. Outstanding verbal, written communication and organizational skills
