What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Operations & Sales Coordinator position at Las Vegas Lights FC?
Position Summary
The Ticket Operations and Sales Coordinator is responsible for leading the day-to-day Ticket Operations effort as well as assisting the Ticket Sales & Service team with administrative items.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain all ticketing offers as provided by leadership
- Lead renewal efforts from an operations perspective
- Ensure accurate reporting and pricing
- Maintain the Las Vegas Lights FC information in ticketing system (SeatGeek/Unify)
- Report on all season ticket member payment plans
- Manage all box office staff on Las Vegas Lights FC match days
- Work with Corporate Partnership Activation team to effectively manage all partner tickets and offers
- Assist CRO in inventory management
- Support Managers and Account Executives in creation of all group offers, digital flyers and promo codes
- Assist Business Operations Coordinator with building and sharing any necessary reporting for the Ticket Sales department
- Help with coordination and internal communication for all season ticket member related events
- Support Ticket Sales team with gameday communication to clients
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 experience in ticket operations
- Proven track record of being a team player
- Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry
- Prior experience with SeatGeek/Unify

- Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time through the day
- Lift at least 20 pounds
