What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Sales and Operations Intern position at Las Vegas Lights FC?
Position Summary
The Ticket Sales and Operations Intern is responsible for assisting the day-to-day Ticket Operations effort as well as assisting the Ticket Sales & Service team with administrative items.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with building ticketing offers as provided by leadership
- Help maintain the Las Vegas Lights FC information in ticketing system (SeatGeek/Unify)
- Provide customer service in the box office at all Lights home games
- Support Managers and Account Executives in creation of all group offers, digital flyers and promo codes
- Assist Business Operations Coordinator with building and sharing any necessary reporting for the Ticket Sales department
- Support Ticket Sales team with gameday communication to clients
- Contribute to prospecting for all relevant theme nights
- Create, prospect, cold call and sell one assigned campaign/theme night
- Participate in all ticket sales team related trainings
- Assist stadium ops as needed on both non-matchdays and matchday with setup needs
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of being a team player
- Desire to generate revenue through ticket sales
- Detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry
Essential Functions:

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Communicate across departments
- Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully
- Must be able to attend all Las Vegas Lights home matches
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time through the day
- Lift at least 20 pounds
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment
