The Role: Supervisor
- Ensure that you and your team provide 5 star service to all guests all of the time
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by guests and employees
- Lead your team in an engaging, and energizing way
- Ensure that the park is appropriately staffed for visitor volume and financial feasibility
- Ensuring that ride operators are operating safely, efficiently, and are adhering to company policies
- Ensuring that mechanic personnel maintain rides in peak working condition
- Perform operational paperwork duties including safety, operational and, inventory documents
- Contribute to schedules and employee communications
- Correspond with and providing regular reports to Senior Management
- Maintaining the effective operational feasibility of the center
- Maintaining the highest standard of facility appearance including storage areas and the parking lot
Job Requirements:
- A high energy person who thrives in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvements
- Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis.
- 1 years of supervisory experience preferred but not required, in the following fields: Restaurant, Entertainment, Hospitality, Casinos, Bowling Alleys, Amusement Parks, Miniature Golf, or another related field.
- Great customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
- Background Check is required prior to employment
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
