Duties

- Negotiate agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities in the market.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and value propositions.
- Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Lead initiatives aimed at increasing sales within existing accounts while identifying potential upsell opportunities.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a focus on business development and sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing projects or teams is advantageous.
