Our client helps organizations develop their leaders through transformative coaching and as they grow, they're seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Account Coordinator to support and scale their coaching practice!
Account Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Match clients with best-fit coaches based on needs
- Coordinate chemistry calls and manage coaching engagement logistics
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and coaches during onboarding
- Track engagement statuses and maintain internal systems
- Support billing, contracts, and follow-up communication
- Run monthly calls for our coach network
Coordinator Requirements:
- 2 years in account management, client services, HR, or coaching operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfort working with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, and email platforms
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
