LaSalle Network has partnered with an established professional services company to identify and hire on a Billing/Revenue Analyst to join their Revenue & Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing billing operations, analyzing revenue trends, and ensuring accurate financial reporting using Black Diamond software.
This position is open to remote candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in accounting or billing in the professional services industry. This role is budgeting between a base of $65,000-$75,000 with additional bonus opportunities.
Billing/Revenue Analyst Responsibilities:
- Process and verify billing transactions across multiple client accounts
- Monitor and reconcile billing discrepancies and revenue recognition
- Generate and analyze revenue reports using Black Diamond software
- Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate financial records
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain billing documentation and audit trails
- Identify and implement process improvements for billing operations
Billing/Revenue Analyst Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in accounting, billing or revenue analysis
- NO legal or medical billing experience
- Proficiency with Black Diamond software or similar financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Experience with revenue recognition principles
- Knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
- Previous experience in financial services industry
