As a Business Development Manager, you'll hit the ground running by identifying potential clients, understanding their hiring pain points, and delivering staffing solutions that stick. You'll partner closely with our specialized recruiting teams to match great people with great companies, all while growing your own book of business and building long-term client relationships.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking and research
- Schedule and attend client meetings to pitch staffing services and understand hiring needs
- Develop tailored solutions that solve clients' hiring challenges and provide value
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top-tier talent, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure success throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients through regular communication, on-site visits, and relationship-building events/entertainment
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in sales in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals
- Strong sense of urgency and a desire to exceed goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willing to work a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday
Please note that the salary range posted is representative of approximate total first-year compensation, as this role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped quarterly bonus plan.
