LaSalle has partnered with a growing company seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join their team in the downtown Chicago office.
This is a temporary position that offers a unique opportunity to step into a critical role supporting their daily operations.
As a Client Relationship Specialist , you will take over the management of the key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the customers and the supply chain team.
This position is vital to maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring product delivery efficiency.
Client Relationship Specialist Responsibilities :
- Manage the relationship with large client accounts such as Kroger, serving as a primary point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to track and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, focusing on effective communication and problem-solving
- Provide support during the transition period as you learn from the current account manager
Client Relationship Specialist Requirements :
- Experience in business relationship management or account management, preferably in the CPG, grocery or retail sectors
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly D365, is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; 3 years of relevant experience can substitute for educational requirements
- Must be available to work on-site five days a week
