They are currently seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to design and implement innovative compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. Reporting to the VP, People & Culture, you will play a critical role in shaping their compensation philosophy and ensuring alignment with industry best practices, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
Compensation Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable compensation infrastructure and strategies
- Lead the annual merit increase process and salary planning in partnership with Finance
- Conduct market analyses, maintain job classifications, and update salary ranges
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising on compensation trends and best practices
- Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure competitive and equitable offers for candidates
- Partner with Communications to deliver clear messaging on compensation practices
Compensation Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation, with CCP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, regulatory compliance, and project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
