The Bilingual Contract Recruiter will become part of hard-working team and help the growth of the company!

The Bilingual Contract Recruiter will source candidates, conduct phone screens for both English and Spanish speaking candidates, along with partnering directly with hiring managers across the organization! You will have the opportunity to report directly to high level management and develop your skills in the recruiting field. Bilingual Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet hiring demands
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media and networking to attract bilingual talent
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  
  

Bilingual Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1 years of recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing
• Strong ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
