We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong partnerships with customers, helping them maximize the value of our client's platform. This role will support the company’s largest partnership program, specifically working with automotive dealerships to improve their hiring processes.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant to customers, helping them optimize the platform for maximum impact
- Analyze product usage data and provide recommendations to improve hiring strategies
- Drive revenue growth by delivering value and identifying opportunities for upselling
- Improve product adoption and engagement through proactive communication
- Respond to customer inquiries and challenges with a resourceful attitude
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce cancellation risks and enhance customer satisfaction
- 4 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Proven success in driving results and managing customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in SaaS, recruiting, or automotive industries is a plus
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) experience is a plus
- Automobile industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
