Job Description
The Temporary HR Generalist will be responsible for managing employee leaves, providing accommodations, and advising on employee relations matters. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process employee leaves while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws (FMLA, ADA, state regulations)
- Collaborate with managers to provide accommodations and foster an inclusive workplace
- Advise on employee relations matters, helping resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
- Evaluate and implement HR-related regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate employee records in Workday while handling sensitive information with discretion
- Support HR initiatives, policies, and procedures that enhance workplace culture and efficiency
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and general HR functions as needed
