General Manager, Distribution Center

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of the leading provider of auto glass repair and replacement services in the U.S. Due to growth, they are seeking a General Manager, Distribution Center to manage a new facility in Mesa, AZ.

This organization owns majority of the market in their space and is continuing to grow at a rapid rate. Their mission is to make the world a better place by providing exceptional service and solutions for their customers' auto glass needs.

The General Manager, Distribution Center will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Mesa facility. The General Manager, Distribution Center will be essential in driving the culture of the facility while leading hiring initiatives, implementation of new processes and ensuring operational success.

General Manager, Distribution Center Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, logistics and resource allocation
• Ensure that the site meets all project goals, timelines and quality standards
• Manage and supervise site management, including hiring, training and evaluating performance
• Execute business plans for fulfillment operations, ensuring alignment across business segments to meet stakeholder and customer needs
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures
• Identify and implement solutions to enhance productivity, optimize inventory management processes and minimize part breakage for improved service delivery
• Collaborate with field stakeholders to enhance processes, ensuring exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experiences that exceed quality standards
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards. Address any non-compliance issues promptly

General Manager, Distribution Center Requirements:

• BA or higher level of education preferred
• 5 years of experience in site management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams
• 5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment or distribution segments preferred
• Experience with Korber or related WMS software preferred
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships and customer outcomes
