HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processing and compliance audits
- Manage employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and conducting investigations
- Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating interviews, onboarding and training programs
- Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational growth
- Assist with performance management, including coaching and development plans
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
- Contribute to special projects, including the rollout of new HR technologies and company policies
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 3 years of HR experience, ideally in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (experience with Paylocity or similar software is a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
