IT Infrastructure Engineer Responsibilities :
- Provides administration for physical and virtual servers, including Domain Controllers, Production Server, Email, etc.
- Maintain and manage the LAN, WAN, and other network segments
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on network hardware and software applications
- Troubleshoots malfunctions of network applications, telephones, and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services
- Monitor systems to detect and resolve issues before they escalate
- Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion
- Installs and configures client and server network software and performs software upgrades as needed
