A client of LaSalle Network is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive our business development efforts. This part-time, contractor role (25-30 hours/week) is perfect for a seasoned sales or executive assistant professional who thrives in a flexible yet impactful position. You’ll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential leads to support our growth.

Lead Generation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads that align with our ideal customer profile
  • Assess prospects’ interest and readiness for sales or buy-side engagement
  • Conduct outreach via email, social media, Apollo, and telemarketing to secure meetings for team leaders. Manage meeting calendars and travel schedules

Lead Generation Specialist Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sharp research and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and channels, including email marketing, social media, Apollo, and telemarketing
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
