Loan Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently in a high-volume call center environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize and master proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Educate and advise customers on credit products and features using effective sales and marketing techniques
- Assist customers in completing loan applications with a thorough understanding of product offerings
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to provide application support and product education
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and clarity
- Update or withdraw applications with inaccurate information
- Build positive rapport with customers while efficiently managing call handle time
- Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements, including passing all necessary compliance tests
- Support company initiatives and contribute positively to a cooperative team environment
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- Strong proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute while speaking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals with minimal supervision
- Open to coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience working with CRM software and Five9 telephony system
