- Implement Quality Strategies and ensure compliance with ISO14001 and ISO9001 certifications
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 4DX) to improve cost, quality, and service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
- 10 years in Quality Control/Assurance leadership
- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement
- 5 years of people management experience
