LaSalle Network, a leading national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our National Search Team.

As a part of this team, you will focus on recruiting for openings with clients all over the U.S., helping them build high-performing teams to drive their business forward. Your primary focus will be delivering on positions in sales, but we are looking for a versatile team player who can work a variety of searches as business needs evolve.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies

• Source, screen and evaluate candidates for direct hire roles in sales, accounting & finance, supply chain and other verticals

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent through creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking

• Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit and career goals

• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of LaSalle Network

• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates

• Build relationships with clients, acting as a consultant throughout the search process and looking for ways to further LaSalle's relationship with each account

Recruiter Requirements:

• 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally from a third-party recruiting environment

• Prior experience recruiting for roles in sales

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset to succeed in a remote work environment

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Please note that the salary range posted is the total compensation package, as this role offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus plan.
