Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Entering orders promptly and accurately. This may include special or large volume projects
- Answers incoming calls and emails in a professional and effective manner
- Investigating and resolving any issues or difficulties with a customer
- Actively contributing during team meetings with project updates and customer feedback
- Assisting management team with special projects, reporting and problem analysis
- Scheduling the trainings with the school districts
- Helping write/review contracts
- 1 years of relevant office work/customer service experience
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software programs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Must have time management skills
- Sales/Marketing support role experience
- Must be team oriented with good problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
