Supply Planner Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply planning for the Fairfield, CA site, with gradual expansion into planning responsibilities for the Thailand facility.
- Pull and analyze planning data from ERP systems to create accurate supply forecasts and plans.
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, marketing, demand planning, and materials teams to align supply with demand.
- Assist with integrating legacy Jelly Belly supply processes into the company’s broader planning framework.
- Participate in new product launches, expansions, and planning for innovation.
- Travel minimally to Fairfield, CA for plant visits and process familiarization.
- Opportunity to shape processes during the transition from legacy systems to SAP.
- Collaborative environment with interaction across supply chain functions and leadership.
- Background in Supply Planning is essential, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong data management and planning skills using ERP systems.
- Bilingual capability is a plus.
- Friendly, personable, and enjoys interaction with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
