With a mission to build an effective and scalable recruitment function, this role will play a critical part in shaping the firm's hiring strategies and supporting its ambitious growth plans.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:
- Lead full cycle recruitment for attorneys, legal support staff, and interns, while also exploring future recruitment needs across the organization
- Create and implement tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement
- Partner closely with the HR team to align recruitment goals with broader organizational objectives
- Establish and manage partnerships with job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms to optimize hiring outcomes
- Utilize and implement tools like Paychex Flex for hiring and onboarding, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in legal, professional services, or corporate environments
- Must have experience recruiting for Attorneys, Paralegals and other legal roles
- A knack for creating scalable processes and improving recruitment workflows
- Familiarity with HR systems like Paychex Flex and an ability to implement tools to support hiring and onboarding
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to an evolving HR function
