What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Landscape Laborer position at LaSalle Property Management?
Seasonal Landscape Laborer will work under the direction of the maintenance technician with responsibilities including, but not limited to, lawn mowing and landscaping of mobile home community and community-owned homes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain community curb appeal by grounds pick-up, sweeping, mowing, and landscaping.
General Requirements:
- Seasonal Work May 1, 2025-November 1, 2025
- Work hours are typically M-F, 8:00 am-4:30 pm with weekends off
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and carry up to 60 pounds
- Able to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, contractors, employees and supervisors
- Ability to use zero turn mower and various power and hand tools, .
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED and Valid Driver’s License required
