Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee employee scheduling and shift coverage, scheduling interviews, and coordinating meetings.
- Onboarding on new customers, call quality assurance.
- Handle phone etiquette with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Assist with overflow of calls as needed
- Assist in human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Implement organizational strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate to ensure alignment of office functions with company goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in call center/answering service management is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in human resources practices is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and office software applications.
