We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to develop and manage a B2B sales territory, establish relationships with business clients, and drive revenue growth through personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development
o Develop and manage a territory-based sales strategy, identifying and targeting B2B clients in need of branded engraved products.
o Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
o Present Laser Creations’ custom engraving solutions to businesses in industries such as hospitality, corporate gifting, real estate, and healthcare.
o Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
o Maintain an active pipeline of leads, track progress in CRM, and achieve sales quotas.
• Account Management
o Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by understanding their branding and promotional needs.
o Provide consultative sales solutions, recommending the best-engraved products and customization options.
o Follow up on client orders, ensure on-time product delivery, and manage post-sale support.
o Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Reporting
o Work closely with marketing and production teams to develop sales materials, promotions, and custom product offerings.
o Report on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback to help refine Laser Creations’ product offerings and sales approach.
o Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads and stay informed on market trends.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (including internships, retail, or inside sales).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and customer outreach.
• Ability to develop a sales strategy and work independently to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
• Passion for branding, marketing, and promotional products.
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
• Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or promotional product sales.
• Knowledge of engraving processes, customization techniques, or printing technologies.
• Existing business network in Pennsylvania’s corporate, hospitality, or nonprofit sectors.
Compensation & Benefits
• Commission Structure: Uncapped commission potential, with earnings based on gross sales revenue.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 - $80,000 in the first year with growth potential.
