Account Executive Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency management.
- Plan territory coverage to maximize existing and prospective account engagement.
- Conduct effective sales calls to identify patient needs and clearly communicate the features and benefits of LHC Group services.
Collaboration and Administration
- Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive growth by focusing on referral community needs and expectations.
- Manage sales administration duties, including CRM, expense entry, BOA compliance, payroll time sheets, and Weekly 3LS meetings.
Sales Expertise
- Stay up-to-date on LHC Group services, competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines.
- Articulate the value proposition of our organization to the medical community through effective sales calls and in-services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills, meeting Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
