- Achieve monthly Personal Production Goals and Market Share targets for assigned locations.
- Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development, prospecting, and call frequency/routing.
- Execute effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community, clearly communicating the features and benefits of LHC Group.
- Work closely with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive growth by focusing on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patients.
- Perform sales administration duties, including Playmaker, CRM expense entry compliance, BOA, payroll time sheets, and timely cell phone and email correspondence.
- Manage Sales and Marketing expenses while projecting a return on investment.
- Educate the medical community about LHC Group's services through effective sales calls and in-services.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Formal Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills required.
- Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
