Social Media Videographer - Content Creator

Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Videographer - Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos that effectively communicate our brand's message and connect with our audience.

Your expertise in video production, storytelling, and social media trends will be crucial in creating content that resonates across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. As a key player in the content creation process, you will ensure that all videos align with our brand voice, are optimized for engagement, and help drive social media growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities include capturing footage, crafting compelling narratives, editing videos, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in video production. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, have a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and be passionate about creating content that captivates and inspires.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Storytelling:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for our brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Develop compelling short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, storytelling pieces, talking head videos, and documentary-style features).
• Incorporate strong storytelling techniques to ensure videos captivate audiences and align with the goals of the personal and company brands.

Content Planning & Strategy:

• Collaborate with management to develop a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with both personal and company brand objectives.
• Script content ideas and provide clear direction on where, when, and how content will be created, including sourcing locations, planning scenes, and organizing shoot logistics.
• Create engaging and visually appealing thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to maximize reach and engagement.

Social Media Optimization:

• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and increase audience growth.
• Leverage trending topics and audio to create viral, shareable content while maintaining brand integrity.

Photography:

• Capture high-quality photographs for use in social media, marketing, and branding materials

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography and social media content creation with a portfolio showcasing various styles of video content.
• Expertise in short-form storytelling and creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and strategies to maximize engagement and audience growth.
• Ability to generate creative ideas, script content, and execute with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with management, applications team and sales team.
• Photography skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
