Essential Functions:

· Set up, maintain, audit and reconcile customer accounts; collaborate with sales on disputes or uncollectible amounts

· Follow-up with customers on past due accounts; send reminders, statements and coordinate payment plans if needed

· Enter payments from varying payment sources, apply to accounts and prepare daily deposit

· Complete daily audit and transfer of orders to invoice; upload invoices to customer portals as needed

· Run statement of accounts on a varied basis

· Prepare, modify and/or proofread reports using Great Plains software and/or MS Office programs

· Assist with reception duties (Answer/Direct phone calls and greet visitors to LPI)

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum of 2-3 years office experience including customer service

· Highly proficient in MS Programs

· Must be dependable, detail-oriented and reliable

· Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

· Account Collection experience desired
