Job Description

We are searching for a strategic, detail-oriented Landscape Operations Manager who will drive operational excellence, manage field teams, and ensure the highest quality of service delivery across all our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management

• Oversee and coordinate hardscape, landscape maintenance and installation crews
• Develop, train, and mentor field staff
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
• Manage crew scheduling and resource allocation

Operational Excellence

• Develop and optimize operational processes
• Ensure efficient use of equipment and resources
• Maintain high-quality standards across all projects
• Manage multiple project sites simultaneously
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and procurement

Client and Project Management

• Oversee project timelines and budget adherence
• Manage client communications and expectations
• Resolve field-related issues and client concerns
• Conduct site inspections and quality control
• Provide technical guidance to field teams

Administrative Duties

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
• Track and manage labor hours and productivity
• Assist in budgeting and cost control
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Support estimating and bidding processes

Qualifications Required Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of landscape operations management experience
• Proven track record of team leadership
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance and installation techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in landscape management software
• Valid driver's license

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or related field
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of landscaping practices
• Understanding of irrigation systems
• Equipment management and maintenance
• Crew scheduling and resource allocation
