Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hardscape Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing complex hardscape projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality results, client satisfaction, and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple hardscape projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with design teams, sales, and field crews
• Conduct thorough site assessments and project evaluations
• Prepare detailed project proposals and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes
• Manage client communications and expectations
• Oversee project documentation and reporting
• Supervise installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
• Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship

Qualifications Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardscape project management
• Strong understanding of landscape and hardscape construction techniques
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints
• Proven track record of successful project completions
• Valid driver's license

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of hardscape materials and installation techniques
• Familiarity with CAD software
• Project management and scheduling tools
• Budget tracking and cost control
• Safety protocol implementation
