Position: Project Manager - OEM
Ranger Design is the lead manufacturer and service provider of innovative fleet upfit solutions and commercial van equipment across Canada and the United States. With an unmatched focus on customer service and optimizing customer performance, we are experiencing significant growth and are searching for strong people to join our team.
Currently we are looking for a highly proactive, driven, and efficient Project Manager able to assist in building efficient and scalable Project Management processes in our growing OEM Department.
This challenging opportunity is grounded in ensuring the OEM customers receive the best and most consistent experience. This is accomplished by timely execution of all OEM Fleet projects to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
While challenging, the role is rewarding to those that find satisfaction in working with a highly skilled and professional team and seeing the resulting growth of the OEM Fleet department.
Your Responsibilities
· Lead and coordinate all assigned OEM Fleet project activities
· Regular communication and meetings with internal stakeholders and departments involved
· Managing performance reports for the assigned projects
· Travel to visit key partners and customers
· Conducting internal and external post-mortems for all projects
· Partner with our internal support teams to deliver excellent projects and customer service
Requirements
· Strong Project Management skills (PMP certification is an asset)
· Knowledge of OEM organizational structure-including PAPP and APQP processes
· Working knowledge of Project Management tools and software
· Knowledge of Original Equipment Manufacturer and Upfitter structures
