At Last Bottle Inc., we take pride in delivering high-quality wine to our customers with efficiency and precision. As a Customer Service Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding, supporting our Last Bottle CS team, and working with management on training modules.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as front line for questions from Last Bottle Customer Service team daily
- Work on training modules with management
- Lead training sessions when asked
- Keep templates/tags clean and up-to-date, alerting the team to changes/additions
- Work with management to keep SOPs up-to-date, and training on any changes
- Serve as a backup lead within the department or other areas as needed
- Lead and/or support management with new employee onboarding
- Report successes/pain points to manager in reference to rep training
- Identify and report team concerns to management
- Work overtime as required to meet business needs, including weekends
Essential Customer Service Functions:
- Respond to customer service emails promptly and courteously. (POSITION INVOLVES HEAVY EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE)
- Handle the export and printing of wine orders.
- Collaborate closely with our warehouse and shipping partners to guarantee a smooth ordering and delivery process for our customers.
- Manage all facets of exceptional customer service. (ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK IS REQUIRED).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Available to work in an office setting from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in American Canyon, CA.
- Possesses excellent typing abilities and fundamental PC/Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exhibits excellent critical thinking capabilities.
- Demonstrates a proactive work ethic.
- Capable of following instructions and assimilating information effectively.
- Can lift up to 40 lbs.
- Proficient in collaborating closely with diverse personalities.
- Experience with various shipping services (FedEx, UPS, GLS, etc.) is advantageous, although training is available.
