Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen staff in preparing food items for service
- Ensure all food items are properly plated and presented to guests
- Deliver food orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or requests
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Previous experience in a banquet or hotel setting is preferred
