Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Administer medication as prescribed and assist with medication management.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or community events.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns or observations to family members or healthcare providers.
Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care, home community care, assisted living, or similar environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques including patient monitoring and medication administration is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Compassionate attitude towards seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols in various settings such as home health or nursing homes.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess good communication skills.
