Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety during transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Engage clients in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Document care provided and any significant changes in client status.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with autism or memory care needs is preferred.
- Strong patient monitoring skills to ensure the well-being of clients.
- Proficiency in caregiving techniques, including direct support and patient observation.
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
