About the Role :
Lateral Link is working with the Hiring Partners of a prominent, Chambers -ranked Employee Benefits / Executive Compensation (EBEC) group in Chicago looking to add a strong junior to mid-level associate attorney with 1-6 years of EBEC experience to its thriving team .
This attorney will handle (and have experience in) employee benefits matters, including qualified plans, multiemployer pension plans, health and welfare plans, ACA compliance, compensation disclosure issues, and executive and deferred compensation arrangements, as well as M&A support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's excited about the prospect of joining a vibrant, entrepreneurial firm known for its excellent training and unmatched resources. AmLaw 200 or Big 4 Firm experience and top law school academics from a Top 25 Law school (or at the top of your class at a regional law school) are required, as is an active license to practice law in Illinois or the ability to waive in.
