A major renewable energy developer (our client) is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team.
Will be providing legal support with real estate transactions and regulatory compliance to project development team.
Varied responsibilities, including, drafting and reviewing land lease/purchase agreements, option agreements, and amendments, assisting with title reviews and other real estate due diligence activities, conducting legal research and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations impacting renewable energy projects, and assisting with corporate governance to support compliance initiatives (filing for special purpose entities, managing general company tax matters, maintaining company records).
Familiarity with real estate transactions, title work, and contract management is highly preferred.
