Job Description:
The Fiberglass Pool Mold Prep/Technician position is responsible for maintaining and refurbishing molds in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring Production readiness. This role requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, overhead work, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience using various hand tools and the ability to problem-solve effectively. You must also be able to work overtime, including some Saturdays, and maintain a safe work environment by utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
