This role involves maintaining & refurbishing molds in accordance with SOPs, ensuring Production readiness.
- Understanding & knowing how to use MSDSs.
- Learning small cosmetic repairs initially, enhancing your skill set to large repairs.
- Gaining knowledge on how to maintain & repair mold floor texture.
- FOLLOWING Initiator Catalyst Chart for proper curing.
- Assisting with leveling out of molds.
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
