Duties
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure an efficient working environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
- Act as a clerk for the CEO, handling correspondence and maintaining organized files.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking progress and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong skills in calendar management, office management, data entry, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
