Meet the team :
The Test Bench team is an organization that leverages HIL platforms to enable system level integration and testing of Latitude software and firmware. We work to discover issues and drive towards permanent fixes through off-vehicle tests using vehicle-identical hardware. We are looking for an experienced leader to manage the Bench Infrastructure team, which is responsible for advanced software test solutions that ensure the quality and integrity of Latitude's deliverables.
What you'll do :
- Architect, implement, and support our Bench Test platform and associated tooling to support Integration and Test
- Manage the Bench Infrastructure team, leading the vision for a team of software engineers
- Collaborate with internal customers to define and deliver high-impact features
- Write code for automating the build, test, deployment, monitoring and support of Latitude software
- Participate in code and architecture reviews, and empowering new users of the Bench platform
- Follow and promote software engineering and analytics best practices across the organization
- Work with Embedded, Cloud and Integration teams on key cross-functional deliverables

The expected base salary range for this full-time position in California is $211,920 - $317,880 USD. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level. Latitude employees are also eligible to participate in Latitude's annual bonus programs, equity compensation, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
Candidates for positions with Latitude AI must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
