Latitude is seeking a strong consumer lending attorney with 4 years of experience for an exciting opportunity to join the legal department of a fast-growing financial services company based in Miami. The ideal candidate will have experience handling regulatory and compliance matters involving fintech banking, consumer financial services, new product launches, consumer disputes, litigation management, commercial transactions, and privacy matters. Prior experience working at a large to mid-sized law firm or in-house with a national consumer lending company is preferred. As the sole member of the company’s legal team, candidates must be self-starters who are able to think critically and work independently. This is a full-time, permanent, and on-site in-house counsel position in Miami, Florida.
